SPECIAL AWARDS

These awards are given to either individuals or performance elements for
which there are no specific nominations; but which, in the opinion of
the adjudicating panel, deserve special recognition for excellence.

  • Callington Amateur Dramatic Society for their magnificent giant
    vegetables in ‘A Fete Worse than Death’
  • Liv Crook for outstanding choreography in ‘The Addams Family’. Next
    year CDA plan to offer a trophy specifically for choreography (pantomime
    or musical).
  • Gweek Players for their brilliant props in ‘The Body’. We have never
    seen a more lifelike cadaver!
  • Kidz R Us for a magical underwater scene in ‘Robinson Crusoe and the
    Pirates’.
  • Karnon Kidz for their brilliant tea party scene in ‘Alice in
    Wonderland Jnr’.
  • Roche Pantomime Players for their clever monkey cave scene in ‘The
    Wizard of Oz’.
  • Karnon Kidz for an excellent ‘Tweedledum and Tweedledee’ in ‘Alice in
    Wonderland Jnr’.
